Our promise

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or replacement for any reason — including "my cat is being dramatic about it."

How to start a return

Tell us what went wrong (a photo helps if the item arrived damaged)
We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll get an email the moment it's processed.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We'll send the new one as soon as the original is on its way back. Just let us know in your return email.

Damaged or wrong items

If your bed arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement — no return required.

What we can't accept

Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Items that have been heavily soiled or damaged outside normal use
Items returned without contacting us first (we need an order match)
